Revitalize Your Body and Mind

Now you can apply pressure to specific areas of your body to help release tension, increase blood flow and lose weight via lymph drainage massage.

HOW DOES THE ROLL MAGIC® MACHINE BENEFIT ATHLETES?

Benefits are achieved via a powerful lymphatic drainage massage and the simultaneous heating of the skin via infrared light, which can:

  • Assist in the elimination of lymphatic fluids and metabolic waste products accumulated in muscles after exercise – enhance recovery and performance.
  • Increase circulation to enhance the delivery of oxygen and vital nutrients – maximize function and recovery.
  • Reduce inflammation by encouraging the removal of waste products and toxins, and flushing these tissues with fresh nutrients.
  • Release tension and increase mobility – as you roll over soft tissues, the parasympathetic nervous system signals the muscles or tissues to relax.
  • Increase blood circulation to fascial tendons and ligaments, which have relatively little blood flow under normal circumstances.

Friction generated by rolling over your tissues creates heat that warms up muscles, tendons, fascia and other reconnective tissues.  Warm tissues are more pliable and less likely to get injured, so adding rolling to your pre-workout routing can be an important step in mitigating the risk of injury, especially if you’ve been sedentary for a few hours prior to your workout. The Roll Magic® machine has an Infrared light that will aid in the warming of the muscles.

Research has found that rolling after a hard workout can decrease the intensity of delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), the achy pain that can creep up 24-28 hours after intense exercise.  Rolling helps prevent muscle adhesions and enhances the circulation of oxygenated blood to depleted muscles after exercise.  In this way, it can reduce inflammation and soreness in and around your muscles and joints. If you have an injury or are sore after a workout, rolling can help encourage the removal of inflammatory waste products, while flushing these tissues with fresh nutrients and circulating out toxins.
